Welcome
Approaching therapy can be a frightening decision but going through difficult moments in life alone may be even worse. You might be feeling hurt or uncertain about what is happening. You may be finding your relationships too much to bear. There might be specific patterns of behaviour that come up that you do not understand or simply you might feel adrift, angry or anxious, struggling with the challenges you are facing.
I aim to make therapy a place for you to come and really look at what is going on, so together we can begin to see things from a new angle. My training and practice informs me primarily to be curious and take courage from this process, and it is with this attitude that I invite you here. From there we can begin to have compassion for the parts of us that leave us confused, hurt or isolated.
Therapy is not a quick fix, nor will it provide all the answers but together we can begin to unravel the knots that life has tied us into.
